Full-Time Position $110k - $150K annually

Kelley Trucking Inc., a large Earthmoving Contractor, seeks qualified candidate for controller position, overall management of Kelley Trucking Inc. accounting and related business operations. Serve as the keeper of policies and procedures that protect the KTI assets. Serve as the senior accounting expert overseeing organizational functions of Financial Reporting, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Human Resources, Job Costing, Asset Management and General Ledger. Produce timely and accurate financial statements to guide organizational decision-making.

Requirements:

• Ensure compliance with legal, financial and tax regulations

• Manage external audits

• Prepare internal financial reporting and analysis

• Produce external reporting including payroll and related taxes (federal, state and local) bonded financial statements, and insurance

• Maintain and manage 401K, Roth and other employee benefit plans

• Oversee and participate in essential duties relating to payroll processing and related policies

• Serve as the primary user contact for accounting technology systems

• Set up bank accounts, daily cash management, bank reconciliations

• Develop and monitor internal controls and company policies

• Review and approve invoices

• Maintain chart of accounts

• Manage accounting staff

• Identify process efficiencies and cost savings

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.

• Three or more years progressive experience in leading/managing accounting operations with a minimum of five years of experience in the field of accounting.

• Working knowledge of Federal, State and local income tax compliance and processing.

• Knowledge of Davis Bacon preferred.

• Experience in and aptitude for the use and integration of automated accounting systems.

Full-Time Position $25-$32 / hour*

Kelley Trucking Inc. is seeking applications for safety oriented Heavy Equipment Fueler /Oiler. Fueler/Oiler will service heavy equipment on construction sites- not drive fuel tankers for service stations.

Requirements:

• Hold a Class B/Hazmat Tanker License

• Work per OSHA regulations

• Work with other mechanics

• Two years of experience preferred
