Tire Technician
Kelley Trucking Inc is seeking a qualified heavy equipment and commercial truck tire technician.
About:
As Kelley’s tire technician you will be responsible for surveying, maintaining, repairing and replacing heavy equipment tires as well as commercial truck tires and wheels. Job will include field work and service calls as well as working from main shop.
Job Requirements:
Class B CDL with clean MVR and knowledge of manual transmissions
Knowledge of wheel and tire assemblies on both trucks and heavy equipment as well as proper torque specs
Ability to safely jack and crib equipment and trucks as necessary
Knowledge of proper patching and repair procedures for commercial and OTR tires
Ability to safely move and manipulate a wide array of earthmoving equipment
Willing to learn new skills and tasks, potentially unrelated to tires
Pay range depending on experience $28 - $34
